Didier Drogba has lost his place in Chelsea’s starting line-up to Nicolas Anelka, who is currently the Premiership’s in form striker.
Drogba has changed his mind on numerous occasions over where he sees his future, sometimes preferring to stay at Chelsea, whilst at other times, fancying a move abroad.
He has been linked on numerous occasions with a move to Inter Milan where he would be re-united with his former manager Jose Mourinho.
However, the Italian club have denied interest in the striker, after a swap deal with their own Adriano was proposed in the press.
Inter Milan sporting director Marco Branca has ruled out the possibility of a deal being done in January.
“There’s no Drogba dream,” said Branca. “Inter already have numerous strikers that cover every role.
“Drogba has been at Chelsea for many years and is doing well there. We have our strikers that are also doing well here.
“It is just media speculation.”
